Don’t know us yet and you would like to know about our consulting philosophy?
It can be reduced to a simple denominator. We are …
Plain talking is central to our consulting philosophy. So we discuss our findings, suggestions and ideas with you clearly, directly, openly and comprehensibly. The same goes for unpopular measures or unpleasant truths. The ultimate goal must be for your company to move forward. Changes that are therefore indispensable in today’s world must not fail because nobody has the courage to face up to them. A clear message when implementing measures is part of the package.
Our expertise is aimed at achieving medium to long-term results for the company, even if we are called in as troubleshooters in financially troubled times and perhaps drastic ad hoc measures become necessary. As a rule, this concept requires a longer project duration and a high degree of on-site presence for the consultants involved. Only in this way can we reliably identify the need for action and participate efficiently and effectively in implementing the necessary measures.
Experience has shown that the biggest hurdle in consulting projects is often not that of creating meaningful action plans. It is rather more problematic to implement and enforce them, so that the concepts do not vanish into some company drawer. What does this mean for our consulting approach? Ideally, our assignment should not end with the delivery of a written draft. We would much rather actively accompany the implementation of what we have developed together with you, as if bringing the paper to life.
Our consulting projects almost always have the same goal: to secure, increase or restore the profitability of the company. That’s where the similarities end. For the external circumstances that one finds in individual cases are too diverse. And the number of technical, process-related and commercial adjustments made within the company is just too great, with them being so closely interlinked. Our goal as consultants is therefore to take the entrepreneur’s perspective, to understand our mandate as holistically as possible and finally to work out the solution that fits your circumstances.
